It’s the start of another week. We are getting ready for a week of blessings and success.

Here are 5 ways to start your week on a high note.

1. Early morning workout.

Taking care of your body is as important as taking care of your health. It’s always a good idea to workout in the morning as this will boost your energy levels for the whole day. Doing a couple of execrises in the morning can be the difference between you having a good day or a bad day. 20 minutes of intense exercise is more than enough to kickstart your mornings.

2. Plan for the week ahead.

Planing is part of life and if you want your week to go well its important to have some sort of planner or schedule that will help you better manage your time. 7 days is a long time and a lot can happen. It’s always good to be best prepared for everything of course somethings can’t be planed for and will jist pop up at the last minute that shouldn’t stop you from achieving your weekly objectives.. whether it’s schoolwork or bussines or even family events. It’s key to have a solid plan and a big bonuse if you have a back up plan.

3. Having a good breakfast
This will be the first meal of the week hence it will be the most important. You don’t wanna start off the week with an upset stomach because of something you had for breakfast. It’s doesn’t have to be a big English break for it to be good for you. Simple is always better for e.g a bowl of your favorite cereal or even a cup of coffee and a sandwich will do. No need for you to go over the top with it.

4. Morning Music Playlist
We all know that we have different types of music genres for different people. Putting together a playlist for this particular day will help ease you into the new week. Why not play your favorite songs in the morning and dance along to them.

5. Be kind
Its a Monday morning and most people have the Monday blues. To be kind to someone is free. You never know what they might be battling. That good morning or smiling and wave can be a big difference to those around you. That doesn’t mean you should alone be kind on Monday, carry the same energy throughout the week and see the changes it brings to your life.

  1. Really nice post. It’s so important to plan your week ahead and have breakfast. Another thing for me is saying affirmations, they help me start the day/week better. Have a great week.
