Wildest thoughts

Such a lovely piece

Pretoria Poetry Club

I’m seeing things I never visualised, visions of virtual life, games that be played with hearts, blades sharp as a butchers knives.

Problems like of a man with several wives, and over a dozen sides. It’s the way you look at me, how I can’t help a smile in your presence, the sense of certainty felt as she turn & say goodbye, they is always another day.

it’s just us and I will continue to hurt until I learn I am all I have.

Affords a smile after all she’s been through, barely shows her scares, so beautiful you miss them until she points them out, admits her flaws for that brightens up the darker side to her that continues to haunt there in complacent.
